Welcome to OnWayPay (“OnWayPay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a financial platform that provides virtual account infrastructure, fiat and stablecoin settlement, and payout services for individuals and businesses. OnWayPay is operated by EasyTravel Technologies LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
OnWayPay provides financial infrastructure including, but not limited to:
- Creation of virtual accounts to receive funds in USD, EUR, or GBP
- Conversion of fiat to supported digital assets (e.g., USDC, USDT, EURC, SOL)
- Payouts to local and international bank accounts
- Business (KYB) and individual (KYC) onboarding
- API-based and dashboard access to services
These services are powered by licensed banking, custodial, and payment partners.
You must be 18 years or older and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. Business users must complete Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding.
You may not use OnWayPay to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or sanctions violations
- Engage in prohibited business activities (e.g., gambling, illegal substances)
- Circumvent platform restrictions
Banking, custody, conversion, and compliance functions are provided through regulated third parties. OnWayPay is not a bank and does not custody client funds directly.
You agree to pay all applicable fees as disclosed in-app or via documentation. Conversion rates are determined based on real-time liquidity sources.
The use of digital assets and global payment rails carries inherent risks. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and understand that transaction reversals may not be possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you will be notified and remaining balances (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with regulatory procedures.
OnWayPay and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
